CCIS does not pre-package our tours, but rather customizes each trip to
best meet 
the educational needs and budgetary requirements of your group.
Determine your dates and destination. Again, since we do not pre-package our tours, this is an important step, for all of your arrangements will be customized to your specific dates and destination.

- Complete and submit the Request A Proposal Form.
- CCIS will review your request and contact you if we have any additional questions.
- Next, we will design your group’s customized IOG (Itinerary
Outline Graph) and then share this document with you for your review and
input. If you want to make changes, the IOG stage is where they should
be made.

- Once your IOG is finalized, we will confirm your arrangements and prepare your group’s Pre-Trip Planning Proposal. This document includes details of all package inclusions and per person package rates for all occupancy types.
- Following acceptance of the Pre-Trip Planning Proposal, we will complete and forward your Group Leader Notebook & Agreement.
- Our dedication to customer service doesn't stop there! We will assist you in all aspects of your trip planning and preparation to include:
- Helping you to decide on pricing for your participants.
- Completing any and all paperwork on your behalf.
- Continued support from your local Account Executive and the entire CCIS Staff throughout the entire planning process as well as while you are on your trip.
