Planning a Trip:

  • Can you tell me how much a trip will cost?

Absolutely! But since we custom plan every trip for every client, the price of every trip is different based on the unique needs of your group. We will work closely with your group to ensure that all of your needs are met, within the guidelines of your budget. Again since we do not sell pre-packaged trips, we can make almost any additions, subtractions, or substitutions you may wish.

  • Can I suggest specific activities I would like to include?
    Of course, your input is encouraged!
    From day one, we will strive to ensure that your trip has everything you want, and nothing you don't! We are here to serve you and customize the trip to meet your needs. Our name says it all...Complete Custom Itinerary Service.
  • I have a small group, can I still use CCIS?
    Yes, so long as your group has at least 25 participants.
  • Where does CCIS plan trips to?
    Anywhere you want to travel in the U.S., Canada, Mexico or Caribbean.

Transportation:

  • Do your rates include transportation?

CCIS does not include transportation in our package rates. Why? We have a very strong commitment to giving our clients the most for their travel dollar. At CCIS, we will gather several quotes from local coach companies and present them to you. We pass our pricing directly to you to ensure you get the most for your money. You choose your carrier,  and CCIS will handle all of the details for you! Learn More

  • Can CCIS make arrangements for our transportation?

    Be it by bus, plane or train, CCIS will handle all of the arrangements for your transportation on your trip.

  • Do I need to worry about my Bus Driver's Hotel Rooms?

    CCIS will handle all of the details for your transportation

  • How much should we tip the drivers?

    We recommend $1 per day, per person as a tip for your driver(s).

  • Does CCIS include driver gratuities in our package price?

    We believe that a gratuity should be earned by merit of the service received. Because of this, we leave the driver gratuity up to each individual group to decide based upon the level of service they received from their driver.

Festivals, Clinics or Performances Only:

  • Can I compete in a Festival or Competition and still use CCIS?
    Absolutely, that is why we started our business in 1993. We’ll make the arrangements for you to compete in the festival or competition of your choice.
  • Does CCIS handle all of the Festival arrangements?

    CCIS will handle all of the arrangements with the festival company. All you have to do is rehearse!

  • I’d rather not compete in a Festival – do you make arrangements for Performances or Clinic Tours?
    Absolutely! Many of our clients choose not to compete in a festival or compete at all. We have arranged performances at some of the United States most famous venues.   • Does CCIS provide Travel Insurance?
    As a per participant option, CCIS offers Access America Travel Insurance . Learn More
  • Does CCIS provide a tour guide for the duration of our trip?
    Due to the detail provided in your CCIS final itinerary, over the years our client’s have found that a guide is not really a necessary expense; however, guides are available as an option for an additional fee.
  • Do I need a Passport to enter Canada?
