Bryan Stevenson, Founder, President, and CEO

Bryan is a former choral director with many years of both public and private educating experience. Holding both undergraduate as well as graduate degrees in music, Bryan has directed many different choirs from high school to religious ensembles.

In 1993, unhappy with the trips that other companies were planning, Bryan started his own travel planning company, to focus on how he, as a former choral director, would want a trip to be planned.

Hollie Stevenson, Vice President

Hollie Masters Stevenson has been working full time for CCIS since 2000.  Her duties include securing all reservations for attractions and restaurants.  Hollie graduated from Butler Sr. High School in 1983, Shenandoah Conservatory with a BME in 1986, and from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master in Music Education in 1994.  She taught instrumental music in Prince William, Fauquier, Henrico and Spotsylvania Counties in Virginia. 

Hollie lives in Butler, PA with her husband Bryan and daughter Clare.

John Farinelli, Chief Financial Officer

 

Wayne Hindman, National Director of Sales

As CCIS' National Director of Sales, Wayne brings with him a wide array of travel and planning experience. Prior to joining CCIS in 2009, Wayne plied the skies as a professional pilot, commanding several types of jet transport aircraft and compiling over 8,500 hours of flight experience. Wayne has experienced travel to all lower 48 states, and every major city in the US and Canada. He has also extensively traveled Europe as well.

In his spare time, Wayne enjoys fishing, relaxing with friends, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Debbie Clements, Richmond / Southern Virginia Account Executive

Debbie has been with CCIS since 1998. Before joining CCIS, Debbie worked in Banking for 25 years, mainly on the retail side. After leaving the banking world, Debbie was looking for something totally different to do, and was introduced to Bryan Stevenson by a mutual acquaintance. After learning about the company and what it does for school groups, Debbie accepted her position. She had always felt that the arts hold an important place in a person’s education; this would be her way of trying to ensure that the arts remained in the lives of today’s students.  

Debbie and her husband, Les, enjoy visiting wineries throughout Virginia and other areas. They also enjoy spoiling their Scottish Terrier, Travis!

Amanda Webster, Baltimore / Northern Virginia Account Executive

Amanda came to CCIS because of her love for travel.  She has traveled to numerous cities on three continents.  Amanda has a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the University of Maryland, and lives in downtown Baltimore with her husband, one dog, and two cats.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, indoor soccer, and knitting.  Her most recent big adventure was a tour of Italy (which she, of course, personally planned herself!)

Sue Holliday, Philadelphia Area Account Executive

Sue spent many years working in the corporate environment in sales and other aspects, and then as an entrepreneur, where she owned her own company doing interior decorating and painting. She came to CCIS because as a marching band parent, she felt she could use her experience as well as something she could get behind and enjoy. Sue has traveled to many states, including Hawaii and most recently an amazing journey through Spain.

In her spare time Sue likes to garden, golf and relax.
